Custom Select Realty was founded by veteran real estate professional Rob Sightler, who recognized the need for a small, resourceful agency, fully dedicated to personalized service—one that offers the home seller more freedom of choice in the services used. This vision led to forming Custom Select Realty, where sellers select the services they want to use, and fee schedules are based on the number and kind of services used.

What We Do

We specialize in listing re-sell homes and new construction homes in Louisville and Southern Indiana, as well as commercial properties in Louisville.

Behind the scenes, our agents go to great lengths to ensure a smooth buying and selling process. We educate our clients on the ins and outs of their sale, we negotiate all offers on our client’s behalf, and we coordinate showings and closings. From creating a listing to closing the deal, we’re with you every step of the way.
